Hello my name is Emily. I am going to tell you about when I joined Scouting BSA. When I first started I was nervous, I was afraid I would not make friends. When I joined in February 2019 it was me and one other girl. We bonded instantly and became best friends.
After a few meetings and a campout the boys started to accept us and we started to all be friends. Now there are more girls in our troop and we are just a team that works together. Some of my best friends are in scouting. I love scouting and wish I could have started sooner.
